David McKenzie 

President 

Mr. McKenzie holds bachelors degrees in both geology and chemical engineering, with experience in exploration and production that is unique and exceptionally broad.
 
He has developed prospects in East Texas and in the Fort Worth basin that have led to multiple well extensions of fields and also new field discoveries. These activities date back to the early 1980s.
 
He has experience with large companies as a manager with Devon Energy and is well known as an excellent budget and project manager on the engineering side through Z engineering group.

Z Engineering Group provides engineering logistics, design and project management for many of the oil industry’s most active midstream oil companies. These include Pioneer Natural Resources, Phillips 66, Paradigm and Medallion.

Craig Bohuslav 

VP  Land 

In 1979 Mr Bohuslav began his career as a Petroleum Landman for Cities Service Company (CITGO) in Tulsa, Ok.

He resigned in 1982 and begin his career as a Independent Petroleum Landman working in Northeast Texas, Southwest Arkansas and Northwest Louisiana. Since leaving CITCO , he has  worked as a Landman for various oil and gas companies.  

Mr. Bohuslav earned a BBA in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979.
